"Be happiness feeler, not happiness thinker."
I got this wisdom from a conversation with my Spanish yoga classmate. He is one of the most imaginary person I’ve ever met. He said he has a very big problem and concentration as he escapes, or better said, ‘disconnects’ from the world and nothing else exists. This is our conversation:
"Hey how is your world? "
And he said “I do not have my own world. I am just not here.”
"So whatever you call that state or thought, are you happy there?"
He said “Happiness is not to think but feel”.
